Kimberly Mickelson (Olson & Olson Attorney) and Dorothy Palumbo (Galveston City Attorney) presented “Drafting With Clarity” at the Work Session for Drafting Effective Ordinances – The Virtue of Clarity. Olson & Olson Partner Art Pertile is on the IMLA Board of Directors for 2012-2013, and also hosted a “Wonk” Breakfast, featuring relaxed education and networking opportunities during the conference.
