Career Highlights
Caleb Villarreal is an associate attorney at Olson & Olson, LLP. Upon graduating from the University of Houston Law Center, Caleb returned to his roots in Brazoria County where he worked in private practice as a municipal lawyer and civil litigator and successfully represented municipal clients in matters relating to contracts, zoning and land use regulation, annexation, tax increment reinvestment zones, public improvement districts, municipal management districts, and public/private economic development projects. Caleb earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Concentration
Caleb is currently developing his practice to serve as general counsel to client cities and economic development corporations. As counsel to general law and home rule cities, Caleb’s experience in drafting, zoning and land use regulation, annexation matters, and special districts has been critical to addressing the growth issues many of our clients are experiencing. Caleb is well versed in the day-to-day general counsel needs of cities including open government, ethics and disclosure, personnel matters, competitive bidding, and governmental liability.
