Career Highlights
After a 27-year illustrious career with the Harris County Attorney’s Office, Eileen Begle joined our Firm to continue her practice of local government law. While working with the County, Eileen handled federal civil rights litigation and employment law for more than 15 years. She earned her certification in Labor & Employment Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2000. Her experience advising elected and appointed officials is exceptional and her character and work ethic, immeasurable. Eileen’s passion is on public service and she readily demonstrates her focus on creating efficiency and compliance through effective communication, education, and meaningful dialogue. While advising personnel within the various departments of Harris County, Eileen honed her public speaking skills by delivering effective presentations on leadership and employment matters such as “Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations”, “Creating A Candid Culture In The Workplace”, and others with similar platforms to managers, supervisors, and employees. She frequently presents to large groups at national and international levels. She is adept at customizing course curriculum to meet all clients’ needs.

Concentration
Eileen Begle’s experience as an employment lawyer is invaluable to our municipal and special district clients. She represents cities, counties, special districts, and other local government clients on matters relative to day to day employment. She helps clients navigate the nuances of the alphabet soup of employment laws, i.e. ADA, FLSA, FMLA. She is also highly experience and well versed in Title VII (age discrimination) and workers’ compensation litigation.
