Olson & Olson is committed to representing the interests of local government. We understand the important role local government has as the level of government that is closest to the people it serves. We regularly assist local public officials in understanding and complying with the Public Information Act, the Open Meetings Act, conflict of interest laws, record retention requirements, state budget laws, competitive bidding laws, and the myriad of laws and regulations that govern the operation of large and small cities.
